Cardio Core Class
Wednesdays, 9:00 - 10:00 am
This workout uses body weight exercises to improve cardio, strength, balance,
and core and is easily modified for various skill levels—all are welcome!

Open Gym Nights
Member Open Gyms are 8:00-10:00 pm on Tuesdays for Volleyball
and 8:00-10:00 pm on Thursdays for Basketball.
We have restructured the purpose of our open gyms to better serve our
Christ Pewaukee and Erin members and your invited guests.
The gyms are open for members and their guests only.
Members and their guests must pre-register.
