Midweek Lenten Worship & Meals

Midweek Lenten Worship Services

Wednesdays 12:00 & 6:30 pm

Ash Wednesday is February 18.

“It Is Finished!” is the theme for the 2026 Lenten season.

This series explores the prophecies of Zechariah, offering an enriching look at our Savior Jesus, particularly as these prophecies relate to the events of Jesus’ Holy Week passion, death, and resurrection.

Midweek Lenten Worship Services are held at the usual Wednesday worship times of 12:00 & 6:30 pm (February 18 through March 25).

Why not commit yourselves to attend as many of the midweek Lenten services as you can with your family?

You will experience even greater joy in Christ’s victory over death at Easter!

Midweek Lenten Meals

Lunch will be offered after the noon Lenten worship services at about 12:45 pm.

Dinner will be offered before the evening services at 5:30 pm.

We thank the many volunteers preparing and serving these meals!

Legos will be available on tables in our grand hall.

Duplo mats will be set up for the little ones.

Fish Fry

Our fish fry is scheduled for Friday, February 27.

The event will be held at Maxim's Restaurant (18025 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield).

Please arrive at 5:30 pm for drinks and no later than 6:00 pm for dinner.

The menu  includes baked cod (one 6oz piece) served with baby red mashed potatoes and seasoned vegetables or beer battered cod (2 piece), or breaded cod (2 piece) served with coleslaw and fries.

Meals will cost $16 plus a 20% added gratuity.

You will be billed at the restaurant and are responsible for paying for your own meals.

We will need to get an accurate count for the restaurant, so please sign up at the back of the church.

Free Basketball Clinic at Erin School

A Free Basketball Clinic will be held at Erin School on Saturday, February 28 with Coach Tim Mueller.

Boys and girls in Kindergarten and Grade 1 will meet from 9:00—10:30 am,

and Grades 2-4 will meet from 10:45 am through 12:30 pm.

The clinic is free, but players must be registered.

Pine Car Derby

Pioneers will be hosting the Pine Car Derby on Sunday, March 1.

Pioneers meetings to design and build your own pine car.

Meetings are held in the Fellowship Hall on the lower level from 6:30-8:00 pm.

You can purchase Pine Car Kits at the meeting for $5 each.

The Tenebrae service will contrast light and darkness

with the seven words Jesus spoke from the cross.
